Are you cutting forward and backward? Just inherited a Lucas Mill, and I’m trying to figure this thing iut
.404 are you using a 7 tooth on the clutch on the 395XP ? No 288xp? Are you running 40:1 mix ? Just get H with the gun sites tattoo. 👍😉 but everybody would know.
I would say the blue homelites the xl12.. made in the 60's, it revolutionized chainsaws. Millions still running and cutting today.
I built with timber from a luke's mill before amazing quality 👌 Very hard to beat the lucas mill
Naaa
If you’re happy to share I would like to hear your secret formula. I tried a polyurethane on one of my projects and it turned the redgum nearly black.
Could you please share your recipe, it looks magnificent
Nice video
Believe it or not I've just seen one of these for sale and I have a 2520 currently that I was thinking about trading in 😂😂 do you think it's definitely worth the swap? I have an under belly mower on my 2520 now and was hoping to keep it and put it on the 3036 but not sure if it will fit or not
I would have liked this video but it was on 395 likes as I'm watching it and it seemed wrong to change it. husky forever
Howdy, your missing the 390,in board clutch, discharge better, close to 90cc,it competes with 372 & 395,365 is a.372 just a smallest bore all good saws, get a 660 and you will expand to another galaxy or 066,and if your in the mood for a real.love affair get cozied to a 044!!! Just opinions here right!!! No offense, all that husky orange all looks better with a little white stihl bling on them!!!😊😅pleasure!!Sierra.John
Salut moi c'est junior je suis un opérateur de Lucas Mill eccp pro abatteur je suis à la recherche du travail âgé de 28en 12en d'enseinngiter
I prefer the slightly nimbler 390xp personally. Mine wears a 25" or 28" bars.

It really is a great saw as well as STIHL MS 660
Husqvarna have made a lot of great saws and I have to think that the 254 and 262xp deserve mention as legendary saws and the 346 is unbeatable for small and quick. I also run a couple 371xp's and the best mod to boost the power is adding an additional exhaust port. As for Stihl when I added a West Coast universal port it totally changed my opinion of the brand. As we age there is an inverse relationship with the cc's we want or need. I love the 394 and 066 but they are a bit big to drag around in our later years. Just wish I could get the swedish saws to be second pull starters rather than 7pulls.
stick to a tried and trusted model.never been a stink man myself, always huskys, and see my mates constantly having to get their saws tweaked, whereas the old faithful starts everytime
395xp.bloody unpredictable text
395Wi-Fi number of the beast.one of my favourite saws.just love the build and power.use it quite a lot"unnecessarily "as it save my back doing that little stoop thing when you're cutting on the ground.I'm a harness tree worker, and I've even used it up a tree to get a shoemaker down, which was above a stage at a music festival,as I also erect the big tops, lights and art instillations.nanyway,I used the saw hanging upside down.as was too heavy to stay upright.got the job done and audience safe.definitely my saw of choice.stay safe and lucky.maddog.off grid.West cork.republic of Ireland
S'il vous plaît nous donner le prix de c Lucas mill

Hello, I would like to ask you how large it is the frame where the engine and blade it is located,I have an 8-15 electric and want to installan kohler 30HP engine not sure if there it is place. Please can you let me know. All frames are standard?? it would be much easier to handle for production
Thanks for your videos. I would like to ask you Do you think the rails and the whole structure would support an engine 360lbs?? It is 4x heavier then original?? I want to buy the saw mill second hand at very good price but it is 15KW 380 V, I dont have power 380 at my house and in forest where I will be cutting I need gas ordiesel powered engines. Please let me know your thougths. Ben from Europe

Hello there , I bought a husky 254 xp 30 years ago as a part time woodcutter and it does the lot .from Scotland. All the best for now .
G'day FFE, we tried the Huskies 35 years ago in the Grey Box growing in Ironstone soil here in central Victoria the one thing that makes them more user friendly than the Stihls their anti vibe was their undoing the rubbers would flog out. I personally believe in the hardest woods on Earth the Stihl 066 Magnum is number one and Happy Coridini agreed with me he's no longer with us but with a saw and an axe he cut on average 1200 ton per year and delivered the firewood into Melbourne by himself for 60 years, he slept 3 hours a night.
I love my three 395xps two of which were ported by a company in bc Canada that them come alive. The best falling, bucking and all around saws I’ve come across.l also have three 372xps that were ported by same company that are used or smaller trees . Cant beat the reality of these saws

I cut firewood for 14 years and loved the 394 xp but stopped doing it for a living in 2002 I now have a 390xp and a 570 and I reckon the 390 is as good or better than the 394 mate bit lighter for an older wood guy
Great review. I saw this whilst I was looking around the second hand market. Was 95% committed to something else when one of these came up, 2017, 500 hrs so have purchased and hopefully delivery in a week or two. Daken slasher, and an after market (new) Challenge loader. Keen to see how it goes, but very comfortable after your review. I'm in Eden Hills too, just around the corner! Keep up the good work!
I'm looking for a buyer for Kwila and Rosewood.
Wife asked why you need all these chainsaws hahaha are we married to the same woman 😅
I like how you made a double pass on the horizontal cut, I need to try that. tHanks for the tip.....tHanks for the video!
No more toys….just work! I’ve herd that before 😂

Que modelo de cargador tiene
Qmantap bos
Boa noite amigo como eu faço. Para adquirir uma serraria dessa ? se me responder. Fico muito grato
Hi, what model of charger is this?
That "61" was my favorite saw,cut alot of firewood with that one.Solid mounted handle.no anti vibration, suck it up.! Husky's in general are great saws.
Is red gum the hardest Aussie hardwood? I see a lot of that being milled. Must be a popular wood species.
De cuanto es el motor amigo
Cant see or hear anything in the whole video. Not very informative.
